Please note we prioritise health and safety above everything else so if your booking has to be cancelled because of bad weather conditions including heavy rain, strong winds or any other safety issue please bear in mind we are doing this for a good reason and putting safety before profits.

1. We do not hire inflatables for outside use if the wind or wind gusts will be over (24 mph) please think about a Venue Hire for you event to minimise the risks of cancellation.

2. All inflatables must be anchored down if being used outside no exceptions.

3. We use the latest safety measures and equipment to measure wind speed and the pressure of our inflatables.

4. All of Our inflatables where required have an annual safety inspection by a qualified inspector new castles will come with an initial test this maybe a (pipa) test or the manufacturers own test both of these meet with the latest safety requirements ( European Standard EN 14960 ).

5. Pat testing. all of our electrical equipment where required to do so is tested at regular intervals.

6. Operator's. The person erecting your inflatables has been trained and passed the latest industry (pipa) training and safety course.

7. Bassetlaw Bounce does have its own public liability insurance this covers us for our aspects of hire we strongly recommend that you arrange additional insurance cover as we cannot be held liable for dangerous behaviour or unsafe practices that result in any injury or damage to any persons or property.
