1, Q, Can the Bouncy Castles be used indoors ?

A, Yes however you must make sure the venue is of a suitable size and you must check the ceiling height this must be higher than the castle you are booking the full dimensions of Our castles is on the website.

2, Q, What happens if the weather is bad heavy rain or wind ?

A, we will ring you and if the booking has to be cancelled we will make arrangements for an alternative date most of Our Bouncy Castles have rain covers these will protect from showers and heavy sunlight.

3, Q, How much space is required ?

A, All the dimensions of Our Bouncy Castles and inflatables are on the website please allow at least 2 foot either side and 4 foot both front and rear.

4, Do you deliver set up and pack the inflatable away ?

A, Yes we set up and pack away all of the inflatables we will also give you instructions and advice for safe use.

5, How much notice do you need to book a castle ?

A, Please give as much notice as possible during busy periods holidays etc bookings will fill up in advance we will always try to accommodate you where possible.

6, how long do i get the castle for ?

A, we deliver in the morning from 8 am and collect from 5 pm if you are the first drop off then you will be the first collection. Times will be different in the winter months if you require a certain time slot please let us no and we will try to arrange this.

7, Can we collect the Bouncy Castles from you ?

A, No for insurance reasons and health and safety only trained staff are permitted to deliver set up and collect the inflatables.

8, My garden slopes slightly will it be ok ?

A, yes a slight slope is ok the entrance will need to be placed at the top of the slope. If the slope is quite severe we may not be able to set up in your location we may ask for an alternative location please have a suitable one in mind please remember safety is our number one priority.

9, How is the castle fastened down ?

A, We does this by using ground pegs to anchor the inflatable down on grass for indoor hire we use sandbags for stability.
