Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before hiring any of our equipment or accessing our service's this is in addition to the terms and conditions on our hire agreement form if you disagree with any part then you do not have permission to access our services.

Safety First.

Please ensure you follow all safety information and advice at all times.

1. All Bouncy Castles ,Inflatable Slides , Inflatable Sports Games , Soft Play and any other equipment must be hired and supervised by a responsible adult over the age of 18 at all times.

2. Only children are permitted to use the inflatables unless it is stated otherwise to do so or it is an adult castle as there is an upper age limit and maximum weight limit and this can be dangerous and can damage the inflatables.

3. All shoes must be removed before using the Bouncy Castles.

4. Children must not be allowed to climb or sit on the walls as this is very dangerous.

5. All inflatable's must be secured down at all times you must not move or re-position any equipment including safety mats.

6. No face paints are to be on or near the equipment and no children wearing face paints are to be allowed on the equipment as this can cause permanent staining.

7. No food, drinks, chewing gum, shoes, glasses, jewellery, badges, headphones, to be allowed on or near any equipment and no liquids including water are to sprayed, poured or otherwise be able to come into contact with the inflatables.

8. No party poppers, coloured streamers, silly string, balloons, face paints, toys ,sharp objects, pets, cigarettes including E cigarettes or BBQS are to be near or used on the inflatables.

9.Do not allow children to play or go near the inflatable blower or extension leads.

10. We must be able to access a suitable power outlet within 15 metres if we need to use extra extension leads you may be charged extra for this.

11. Do not let the inflatable to become over crowded do not allow summersaults, play fighting, wrestling, acrobatics or any other behaviour that may result in causing injury.

12. Do not leave the inflatable unattended at any time make sure it is switched off when not in use and do not inflate or deflate the unit with and persons still on it as this is very dangerous.

13. Inflatable's must not be used in heavy rain, storms, wind or wind gusts above 24mph if any of these conditions occur evacuate everyone from the inflatable and switch it off and do not use until it becomes safe to carry on doing so. Any wetness and bubbling (this is normal) must be dried off with a towel before you carry on using the inflatable .

14. Only Our delivery driver is authorised to collect the equipment under no circumstances should any of the equipment be handed over to anyone other than Our delivery driver. If any other persons arrive to collect please telephone/ contact us immediately.

15. Please make sure upon our arrival we are able to access the area the inflatables are to be placed upon we do not have time to clear any area of debris all pathways must be clear. If we are accessing the area through the house or a building space must be made for us to get through. Our equipment is very heavy and we do not accept any responsibility for any damage this may cause to flooring or otherwise. If we are unable to deliver your product because of and reason above it may result in you losing your deposit and being charged the full amount to cover our costs of attending your site if any payments are refunded this shall take place from the event date or the cancellation date.

16. When using slides make sure you are in the seated position and only feet first. Never head first do not jump from the top and never perform any dangerous acrobatics, summersaults or dangerous behavior.

17. Do not bounce or allow anyone to jump or bounce on the front step of the Bouncy Castles or inflatables the step is there for the sole purpose of helping users to get on and off .

18. make sure if your inflatable's are not being used for all or part of the day the blowers are switched off at the mains. If multiple blowers are using the same extension lead you must unplug all except one blower switch the power back on and plug the remaining blowers in one at a time after each inflatable is fully inflated.

19. make sure the blower particularly the vent on the side is keep clear at all times.

20. For Overnight and multiple day hires you must have a secure garden ideally a 6ft fence with a lockable gate please note that all equipment and inflatables etc remain and are the responsibility of the hiring customer until collection.

21. failure to adhere to any of the conditions above may result in charges.

22. EVENTS If you are attending one of Of Our Events please make sure you bring your booking confirmation email and arrive 5 to 10 minutes early so We can check these.

Cancellations and deposits.

You have the right to cancel you booking and to a refund withing 14 days of booking PLEASE NOTE THIS EXCLUDES TICKETS FOR UPCOMING EVENTS THESE ARE NONE REFUNDABLE BUT ARE TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER PERSONS YOU WILL NEED A COPY OF THE PURCHASERS CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND PHOTO ID please be aware that all deposits and payments are non refundable after 14 days as standard and the full balance may be owed. Bookings made all deposits and payments with less than 14 days to the hire or event are none refundable but an alternative date will be offered subject to the original equipment being available you must give us at least 7 days notice unless the booking is within 7 days so the equipment can be rehired.

cancellations due to bad or severe weather acts of god or situations outside of Our control. you must notify us before 7:30 am. Any deposits and payments will not be refunded however we will offer an alternative booking date within 28 days as long as the castle/inflatable required is available. we cannot be held responsible for weather conditions and reserve the right to cancel or prohibit the use if we consider it unsafe for the equipment to be used.

We do not refund deposits or payments due to events outside of our control i.e an act of god, weather conditions such as snow, flood, ice, storms or any other natural disasters which we cannot be held responsible for. Bassetlaw Bounce does not refund deposits an or payments due to acts of god Alternative dates will be offered subject to the original inflatable or equipment being available.

We reserve the right to cancel all bookings 24 hours before if advised to do so by the health & safety executive or any other associated government organisations or if we feel it to be unsafe.

Changes to Terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to replace or make changes to these terms and conditions this will be at our sole discretion if changes are made we will try provide at least 30 days of notice prior to effect taking place.

Disclaimer.

Please note that the safety advice and guidelines set out are to make sure you have an accident free and enjoyable experience. It is the hirer's responsibility to follow all safety advice and guidelines whilst all equipment is in their possession it is also the responsibility of the hirer to asses all risks and take appropriate measures to minimise the risk of accidents or injuries. Bassetlaw Bounce and its employees does not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property caused by the misuse of any inflatable's or equipment.
